Washington County Control Channel

Well folks, it's time again to complain about Washington County's Trunked P25 control channel usage.  During the winter when the enhancement that's so prevalent in the summer doesn't really bother us up here much, has decided to raise the uglier side of it's head again.  Washington County is again using 155.25Mhz as it's control channel.  I thought maybe they would change it by themselves, but for the last three nights, they have pretty much put Clintonville's PD out of business as far as radio comms go.  Although it's not REALLY bad tonight, the night before last it was between 10 and 20 db over S9.  That pretty well puts things in the dumper up here for the PD.  I'm wondering if someone new is controlling the system, as I thought this problem was over.  I guess not.  http://cdn.boardhost.com/emoticons/cross.png
